Aaron has been the driving force behind over $200 million of Arizona’s most recognizable and award winning custom homes. Aaron directs construction services for Genova Development and directly manages select projects.

Aaron is a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) with the American Institute of Constructors, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and a graduate of the Del E Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. He has also completed the Senior Executive Program and Leadership Development Forum sponsored by the Arizona Builders Alliance.
